We are excited to let you know that we are now a Registered NDIS Provider. What this means is we can now support all participants. It also means that our service will be regularly, independently audited to ensure a quality service is provided and that we are supporting people to achieve their goals in the best way possible.

We still have some capacity in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) house for a male 18+, call today for an inspection.

Registered NDIS Provider

Ready to support you

We assist people to think about their life goals, plan the supports they need, and explore what options and services are available to best fit the person and their lifestyle.

We support people to self-manage and make decisions about how they want to live their life wherever possible. We develop individual support plans to customise, coordinate and manage services to support you to have the best quality of life you can.

We encourage people to be as independent as they are comfortable with, and only provide the support necessary for people to do this.

Working with Grant and Nicole has been an absolute pleasure. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support NDIS participants and build strong working relationships. Their dedication creates a supportive environment, where participants can achieve their NDIS goals, gain independence, and develop valuable life skills.

Our difference is our strength

We wanted to provide a quality service that was different from anything else around. A service that was comprehensive, caring, and

compassionate. A service that has support workers who are genuinely caring, passionate and well trained to provide quality support and quality care.

For a long time, we have wanted to provide a service to people that met their needs as well as their wants; all while remembering that they are valued members of our communities.

We consistently check in with our participants to ensure that the support they receive is the way they want it, when they want it, and most importantly, how they want it.

Our services

“Nicole is one of my support workers, I love that she has mental health qualifications as it can be hard to find supports who truly understand mental health. Nicole is open minded, respectful of personal boundaries, professional, friendly and good for a laugh. Nicole is always willing to help me achieve my goals including meal prep which has helped me a lot. Thank you Nicole for all you do.” -Chelsea

About us

Life Be In It Disability Service is a small family run business that was established in 2023. We have both female and male support workers who have many years’ experience supporting people living with a disability to achieve their goals.

We have qualifications in counselling, mental health, and community services. We have worked in a number of different settings and supported people with low, medium and high needs levels of support.

We have a qualified cook at our SIL house who is always eager to try different recipes and teach people new cooking techniques. We want our SIL house to feel like a home but with support when you need it. Our workers have extensive life experience and we encourage people to learn the life skills they need to become as independent as they can in a safe and caring environment.
